Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • Made-to-Order / DTG Processing: All orders are custom-printed and processed within 3 to 5 business days after receiving order confirmation.

  • Dispatch Notification: You will receive an automated email/SMS with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated Transit Time: Standard delivery across India typically takes 7 to 10 business days post-dispatch.

  • Maximum Delivery Timeline: Overall delivery may take up to 15 business days depending on your pin code, remote locations, or print queue volumes.

3. Address Accuracy & Deliveries

  • Customer Responsibility: Please double-check your address, pin code, and contact number at checkout. ATTKAC is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • Re-Delivery Charges: If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address or multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, reshipment costs will be borne by the customer.

4. Shipment Tracking

  • A direct tracking link will be shared via email/SMS upon dispatch. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to populate after receiving the link.

5. Delivery Delays & Force Majeure

  • While we aim to fulfill all orders within the 15-day window, ATTKAC is not liable for logistics delays caused by courier disruptions, severe weather, national holidays, local strikes, or governmental restrictions.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Goods: If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, record an unboxing video and contact attkacstore@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Lost Packages: If tracking marks your order as "Delivered" but you haven't received it, notify us within 3 days so we can open an inquiry with our delivery partners.
